Refunds are available to customers who have purchased directly from our

Refunds are only applicable within working 7 days from the date of delivery
with the criteria met and defect goods are to be returned to our depots.
2. Refund Charges:

Customer will be charged 20% handling fee of total order for all refund
requests.
3. Refund Methods:

Refunds will only be processed if the defect items are returned to the depots
and examined by our supervisors. Only defect items with proofs will be
processed with a refund and that refund will be carried by our finance
department.

Refunds will be conducted via bank transfer from FPS-ENP Sdn. Bhd.
4. Condition of the Product:
- FPS ENP Sdn. Bhd. will take the photos and share it with the customer
on the purchased item as
the proof of product packaging
condition, shipping package(s) and delivery pick up arrangement.
These include:
a) Pre-packing: The purchased items with original product packaging
before packing into the shipping bag(s) or box(es) or carton(s) and
b) After packing: Properly packed shipping bag(s) or box(es) or
carton(s) before handover to the
c) assigned courier or logistic company and
d) During package(s) pick up by the assigned courier or logistic company.

Returned products must be in their original packaging condition, unopened, and
unused.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, including any
accessories, manuals, or promotional materials to the return depot (warehouse),
at No.3, Jalan BK1/11, Kinrara Industrial Park, Bandar Kinrara, 47100 Puchong,
Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia.
5. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
6. Exclusions:

The following items are non-refundable:
- Personalized or customized products.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
7. Customer Responsibilities:

Customers must provide proof of purchase, proof of receiving goods, such as
order number, invoice, or receipt, when requesting a return.
