**Shipping
Options:**
We offer the
following shipping options:
1. Standard
Shipping: Our standard shipping method delivers orders within 1-7 business days
after order processing.
**Shipping
Costs:**
For Klang Valley
area, delivery is free for online orders for addresses that are within 15 km
radius from our warehouse depot with a minimum order value of RM100.00. For
order value less than RM100.00, first Kg will be RM15.00 and RM1.50/Kg
thereafter.
For outside
Klang Valley (exclude East Malaysia, Kelantan, Terengganu, Pahang and Perlis),
we will use courier service provider GD Express to deliver your order which
total weight is less than 125Kg. First Kg will RM18.00 and RM1.80/Kg
thereafter.
For those order
which weight is more than 125Kg, we will engage logistic providers KPN Logistic
or O&G Transport for the delivery arrangements.
For copper
cable, part number NUL6X04BU-VEG and NUC6C04BU‐FE, any order above 4 boxes will be using
KPN Logistic or O&G Transport for the delivery in the form of pallet(s). 1
pallet of copper cable maximum load is 24 boxes. Per pallet charge is RM250.00.
For fiber cable,
any order more than 500 meter will be using KPN Logistic or O&G Transport
for the delivery in the form of pallet(s). 1 pallet of fiber cable maximum load
is 2000 meter. Per pallet charge is RM250.00.
Please note that
additional shipping charges may apply for the international destinations.
**Delivery
Timeframes:**
The delivery
timeframes mentioned above are estimates and may vary based on factors beyond
our control, such as unforeseen weather conditions, public holidays, or customs
delays for international orders. We make every effort to ensure prompt delivery
and will provide tracking information to help you monitor the progress of your
shipment.
**Order
Processing Time:**
Once your order
is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for processing and packing before it
is shipped. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on
the next business day.
**Tracking
Orders:**
Once your order
is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information and
instructions on how to track your package. Please note that tracking
information may take up to 24 hours to become available after the order is
shipped.
**Delivery
Issues and Returns:**

any delivery issues, such as late or missing packages, please contact our
