Q: What is FPS-ENP E-STORE?

A: FPS-ENP E-STORE is our exclusive online member programme. Members will be entitled to exclusive member price, discounts and receive first-hand news on any promos or product launches.

Q: I can’t seem to login after registering my account, it says that I require approval.

A: Please check your inbox for a verification email. If you did not receive it in your inbox, please check your junk mail. Upon clicking the verification link, your registration will be done. It will prompt you a temporary password & a link to access the member admin portal to reset your password, together with monitoring your order info…etc.
 

Q: The verification link has expired, what can I do?

A: Kindly email Estore.panduit@fps.com.my for support.
 

Order

Q: What is the order process like?

For Non-Member: -

A: Head over to the shop tab and add products with non-member price into your cart. Click on the cart icon to see an overview of your selections and proceed to checkout. Kindly input all the required details and make payment accordingly. Upon checkout, you will receive a confirmation email for your order. Duration to take for 3-5 working days to process your order and we will notify you on your delivery status via email together with providing the Delivery Order & Sales Invoice for your references.

For Member: -

A: Head over to the account for log-in with you ID (which is your email address) and Password, select shop tab and add products with member price to your cart. Click on the cart icon to see an overview of your selections and proceed to checkout. Kindly input all the required details and make payment accordingly. Upon checkout, you will receive a confirmation email for your order. Duration to take for 3-5 working days to process your order & we will notify you on your delivery status via email together with providing the Delivery Order & Sales Invoice for your references.

Q: What if the products that I am looking for is not available on the website?

A: If the product that you are looking at is not available on our website, send us an enquiry on our Quotation & Customised Proposal form. Our team will contact and support you from there.
 

Q: Can I use the Quotation & Customised Proposal for project quotes?

A: Of course! Please fill up the proposal form and upload the Tender document, our support team will help you with the sizing of the Bill of Materials (B.O.M).
 

Q: Are you able to quote me a Panduit equivalent of the item I’m looking for?

A: Yes! Our support team will be more than happy to help!

Payment Methods

Q: What payment methods do you support?

A: We currently have 4 payment methods - Credit Card, Debit Card, DuitNow & eWallets

 

Q: Is your online payment system secured?

A: Our online payment system is powered by MobyPay. FPS-ENP Sdn. Bhd. will NOT be responsible for any online payment which is not via MobyPay.

Shipping/Deliveries

Q: What are your delivery charges within Klang Valley?

A: For Klang Valley area, delivery is free for online orders for addresses that are within 15 km radius from our warehouse depot with a minimum order value of RM100.00. For order value less than RM100.00, first Kg will be RM15.00 and RM1.50/Kg thereafter.

 

Q: What are your delivery charges outside Klang Valley?

A: For outside Klang Valley (exclude East Malaysia, Kelantan, Terengganu, Pahang and Perlis), we will use courier service provider GD Express to deliver your order which total weight is less than 125Kg. First Kg will RM18.00 and RM1.80/Kg thereafter.

For those order which weight is more than 125Kg, we will engage logistic providers KPN Logistic or O&G Transport for the delivery arrangements.

For copper cable, part number NUL6X04BU-VEG and NUC6C04BUFE, any order above 4 boxes will be using KPN Logistic or O&G Transport for the delivery in the form of pallet(s). 1 pallet of copper cable maximum load is 24 boxes. Per pallet charge is RM250.00.

For fiber cable, any order more than 500 meter will be using KPN Logistic or O&G Transport for the delivery in the form of pallet(s). 1 pallet of fiber cable maximum load is 2000 meter. Per pallet charge is RM250.00.

 

Q. How long will it take for my items to be delivered to me?

A:  Within 3-5 working days (for off the shelf items) from your time of order.

 

Q: Can I choose a specific delivery date and time?

A: Upon check out, please state your preferred delivery date/time under “Order Notes” and we will do our best to accommodate to your request.

Q: Can I opt for self-collection?

A: Yes. We will send you an email to notify you once your order is ready for collection at 3, Jalan BK 1/11, Bandar Kinrara 1, 47180 Puchong, Selangor. There is no minimum spending required for self-collection.

Q: What is the delivery/collection timing like?

A: Deliveries/self-collections will be available from Monday – Friday, 10am to 5pm excluding weekends and public holidays. For URGENT orders, please drop us a call at +603 8080 7632, alternatively you can email us at estore.panduit@fps.com.my.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: No, we currently only ship within Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia.

 

Returns

Q: What should I do if product is damaged in delivery?

A: Our merchandises are carefully packed before sending out for delivery; however, we understand that damage may occur. If there’s any damage to the products, please contact our team; +603 8080 7632 for further arrangement.

Q: What if I want a refund on my order?

A: Reach out to estore.panduit@fps.com.my with your reason for cancellation within 7 working days. Do take note that there will be a 20% handling fee of your total order for all refund requests.

Member Reward Points

Q: Who is eligible to earn the member reward points?

A: For those registered visitor who met the business criteria will be upgraded to member level. Apart from enjoying exclusive member price, discounts and receive first-hand news on any promos or product launches, member will be entitled to earn the reward point for every purchase.

 

Q: How the member reward points work?

A: Point accumulation: On every last day of the month, our online system will do the reward points calculation based on the member's total purchases for the month and update their reward points on first day of the following month.

 

Q: Point validity period?

A: Member reward points valid for 12 months period. For example, points earned in January 2023 will expire on 31 Jan 2024.

 

Q: How to redeem the points?

A: Points can be redeemed via the Rewards Page. Member will need to have at least 100 points to start the redemption.

 

Q: Who can redeem the points?

A: Only the administrator of the company will have the right to access Rewards Page and redeem the points.
